Shipping and Handling Information

• Shippers
  • All shipments are made by UPS Ground whenever possible.
  •  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI will ship by U.S. Postal Service.  Add $25.00 to the shipping price.
  • UPS ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI.
• Basic Shipping Charges
  • A shipping rate of $9.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be charged for all merchandise valued under $49.99 in the contiguous 48 states. All other locations subject to rates as specified.
  • A shipping rate of $13.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be charged for merchandise valued between $50.00 and $74.99.
  • A shipping rate of $16.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be charged for merchandise valued between $75.00 and $99.99.
  • A shipping rate of $19.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be charged for merchandise valued between $100.00 and $149.99.
  • A shipping rate of $21.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be charged for merchandise valued between $150.00 and $199.99.
  • A shipping rate of 12% (unless otherwise specified) of the order value will be charged for merchandise valued greater than $200.
  • Discount shipping charges only apply to ground delivery in the 48 contiguous states. (unless otherwise specified)*
  • Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less reserves the right to make changes to shipping charges without notice. 
  • Special shipping offers do not apply to Freight orders.

   
• Additional Shipping Charges
  • Extra charges apply for next day, 2^nd day, and 3^rd day air shipping. Please allow 24 hours for processing prior to shipment.
  • Extra charges apply for oversized merchandise including Mats, Leg Stretchers, training bags, bo staffs, kicking shields, and other heavy or bulky items. (See Freight)
  • Add $5.00 for all staff and sword orders.
  • Add $25.00 for leg stretch machines
  • Add $25.00 for heavy bags less than 70lb.
  • Add $25.00 for large (air) shields
  • For 2^nd Day Air Shipping add $25.00 (Small packages only)
• Foreign Orders
  • All international orders may incur taxes, duties or other fees in your country.  We do not know nor do we have any responsibility for those charges.  Please check with customs in your country.
  • Foreign Orders including APO/FPO shipments are made by USPO with no C.O.D.
  • Foreign orders accepted in US. Currency only.
  • All orders to be shipped outside of the U.S.A. will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise specified.
  • For all orders outside of the U.S.A., call or e-mail us for shipping pricing.
  • Your order will not complete processing until the shipping price is confirmed.
  • You will be contacted with the exact shipping price by e-mail prior to the completion of processing.
  • Add $25 to regular foreign shipping orders unless otherwise specified.
• Freight and Oversize Shipping
• Freight is not refundable.
• Foreign orders accepted in U.S. Currency only.
• Freight for Canadian customers is $35.00
• Freight for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. V.I.; Continental US is $25.00.
• Freight for heavy bags weighing 70 lbs. or more is $75.00
• Freight  for bounce bags is $100.00

"Free Shipping" as advertised on Package Discounts applies only to UPS Ground Shipping delivery rates.

 Holiday Season Ordering

• • Orders must be placed prior to or on December 15^th  to guarantee delivery prior to December 22^nd.
  • Orders placed after December 15^th are not guaranteed delivery prior to December 22^nd. 
  • MAS4Less will ship orders placed between December 16^th and December 21^st via the UPS Next Day Air Service (if they require arrival prior to Christmas).  Additional shipping charges which will be calculated based distance to destination, size, and weight.
• A daytime phone number is required for holiday season orders.
• Martial Arts Supplies 4Less will make its best effort to ensure delivery for the holidays.

Payment Policy

• Our telephone lines are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• CVII Codes
  • CVV(II) Numbers are the 3 digit verification numbers in the signature box on the reverse side of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit/debit cards.
  • CVV(II) Numbers are 4 digit numbers on the front of American Express credit cards.
  • To complete a credit/debit card purchase, the CVV(II) Numbers will be required in the requested box on the order form.
• Orders can be placed through our website (preferred method), by fax, or by e-mail see our Contact Us page at  www.mas4less.com/contact.  
• All orders must be prepaid, no exceptions.
• Payments can be made by Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards. Checks must be received prior to shipment of the order.
• C.O.D.’s and personal checks will not be accepted.
• Money orders and Cashier’s checks must be made payable to Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less.
• Sales Tax
• • California Residents are subject to and additional 8.75% sales tax.
• Minimum Orders
  • There is no minimum order size.
  • Small orders will incur regular shipping charges (See Basic Shipping Charges) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

• Allow 10 working days for UPS to deliver your order (from the time we receive the order). 
• If you do not receive the order within 3 weeks, please contact Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less at 866-478-0966.
• To follow up on order deliveries, Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less Customer Support will require the following:
  • the date of the order
  • the order number
  • the items ordered
  • the total amount of the purchase
  • the form of payment
  • Delivery of merchandise requires an authorized signature for the purchaser.  Packages will not be left without a signature.
  • UPS will attempt to redeliver for the two days following an unsigned delivery attempt. 
  • If delivery has not been made at that time, the purchaser must contact UPS to arrangement delivery.
• Damaged Merchandise
  • Inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
  • Merchandise received with damages must be reported to UPS or the carrier immediately. 
  • Upon recognition, UPS or the carrier will initiate your claim and return the parcel to us at no cost to you. 
  • You must keep and return the original box, packing material, and damaged merchandise in order for UPS or the carrier to honor the claim for damages.
  • All claims for loss or freight damage must be submitted directly to UPS or the carrier.

Return Policy

• Returns and Cancellations
  • Only items purchased from Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less will be considered for return acceptance.
  • Returned merchandise must be authorized prior to return.  Call 866-478-0966 for return merchandise authorization.
  • Merchandise returned prior to authorization will be refused and returned at the expense of the purchaser/sender. All returned merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase.
  • All returned merchandise must include a copy of the original invoice for proper credit or exchanges.
  • All returned merchandise must include all original instructions and packaging. 
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box. 
  • All returned merchandise must include the reason for the return.
  • All returned merchandise must be insured and prepaid.
  • Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less merchandise will be accepted for return only if it remains in the same new condition as is was issued, and it is in its original packaging.
  • Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less will not accept merchandise if it is washed, worn, or not in condition to be resold as a new item.
  • Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less will not accept damaged goods, if the purchaser is responsible for the damages.
  • No returns are accepted for books, videos, and used or worn merchandise.
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned or cancelled orders.
  • All return fees do not include shipping charges.
  • Purchaser/sender is responsible for shipping charges on returned orders when the reason for return is not a shipment error by Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less. 
  • If Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less or its authorized distributors make a shipment in error, do not return the shipment, your fees will not be refunded if you make this shipment without authorization. A new shipping label with prepaid fees will be sent to you in order to return the merchandise.
  • Rerouted packages will be charged a $10.00 service fee.  

Warranty Policy

• Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less products and merchandise are for practitioners of Boxing, Kick Boxing, and the Martial Arts.  These sports are contact sports of a very physical nature. Users of the merchandise that we sell are subject to personal injury.  Our protective products and training equipment have a degree of protection but are not warranted to protect the user from injury.  Use of our products should be under the direction of a suitably trained and certified instructor.  User assumes all risk of injury from the use of our products.
• Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less is an authorized reseller for the brands that we sell.
• The warranties of the manufacturers are the only warranties covered for merchandise purchased through Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less. 
• Martial Arts Supplies 4 Less offers no other warranties express or implied including those of merchantability or fitness for boxing, kick boxing, or any other martial art related to our products not expressly stated on these pages.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• If an advertised product is temporarily out of stock, we will suggest a similar product of equal value.
